We do our best to make every ride possible, respecting both the driver's and rider's time. Generally, our drivers will depart from the pick up location 5 minutes after your scheduled ride time. 

However, we know that things happen out there, so we do our best to accommodate delays. If you do encounter a delay on your way to the pick-up location, please be sure to reach out to the Hitch Customer Experience team through the chat function on our app. We'll do all we can to make the ride as smooth as possible for all.
