Cancelation Policy
At Hitch, we understand that sometimes things come up and riders may need to cancel their scheduled ride. To ensure a smooth experience for all users, we have implemented the following cancelation policy:
Cancellations Made 1 Hour or More Before Departure Time are Fully Refundable by Hitch Credits
If you need to cancel your ride at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 100% refund in Hitch credits. These credits never expire and will be added to your account in the amount of your original booking price. You can view your total credit amount under your app profile icon.
No Credit or Refund for Cancellations Made Less Than 1 Hour Before Departure Time
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any credit or refund for rides canceled less than 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How to Cancel Your Ride
