At our core, Hitch is about bringing people together. We connect people to communities, opportunities, moments, and memories. The people we connect, our amazing rider and driver community, are made up of every race, gender identity, religion, marital status, economic status, and sexual orientation. Our diverse and vibrant community comes together to take back the road trip, making travel between cities fun again.

We love this community. We love their stories. We love their connections. We love their diverse make-up. We believe that a community of different cultures, values, and norms should be celebrated, respected, and always made to feel welcome. We, as an organization, want to always create an atmosphere that promotes empathy, acceptance, and understanding.

To that end, all of us in the Hitch community, agree to read and act in accordance with the following policy to ensure that our mission of welcoming connection continues.
