Riders are responsible for damage to the interior or exterior of a vehicle caused by incidents such as food spills, pet damage, or other incidents. If we are provided proof from the driver that there was a spill, mess, or other damage during the ride, we will charge a cleaning fee, using the rider's payment method on file.
Cleaning fees are paid in full to the driver.
In the event you are charged a cleaning fee, you will receive a separate receipt at the conclusion of the ride, and outreach from our Customer Experience team.
This is included in our Terms of Service that is agreed upon at sign-up and your continued use of our platform indicates consent.
