Once your reservation is complete, the Hitch app will communicate the driver's details at least one hour before departure. You'll meet your driver at the location you entered in the app during the reservation process -- and that same driver will meet you once the game is over to get you back to your origin location safely.
Unused vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All rides are door-to-door and must start and stop at the location in the app booking. All purchases are final sales and cannot be changed once confirmed. The Spurs Travel Voucher must be used for the purchased game day - and cannot be transferred to another day. Other Hitch credits and promotions are not applicable and will not apply to this ride purchase. The Spurs travel voucher holds no monetary value. This offer cannot be combined with other Hitch or Spurs offers or transferred to another account.
